Designed a multi-month train-of-trainers workshop series for ~40 nursing faculty at a major public research university transitioning the BA and MA programs to competency-based education. Redesigned online learning modules and contributed to curriculum development across partner engagements. Promoted from Senior to Lead in 15 months.

Contributed to the internal learning platform for senior accountants, partners, and tax attorneys at an NYC accounting firm. Owned the annual content refresh across 200+ modules covering tax policy, professional education, and compliance training. Stood up LinkedIn Learning as a supplementary content channel, and contributed to a firm-wide CPE compliance tracker that confirmed license renewals across LinkedIn Learning, external courses, and internal training. Led the firm's adoption of Human Centered Design with backing from the Director of L&D, building a community that drove cross-functional connection across the firm.

Owned the full lifecycle of an enterprise assessment platform deployed to 2,000 users across 20+ school locations. Drove a 30% reduction in data input errors across 30,000 transactions and a 10% reduction in user task time, both measured at the end of the first cycle. Talked to users continuously through deployment and facilitated train-of-trainers sessions on the Innovation department's methodology.

Monitoring and Evaluation Manager, Innova Schools

Designed evaluations centered on learning outcomes for 4 platform pilots across 20+ school locations, including Khan Academy, an ESL platform, and a leadership and collaboration skills program. Research recommendations were the primary evidence leadership used to drive network-wide adoption and sunset decisions. Contributed to a multidisciplinary effort shaping a competency framework for teacher development.

Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator, Innova Schools

Contributed to building an evaluation methodology with a small team for assessing innovation pilots, with learning outcomes as the primary criterion. The methodology became the starting point for the platform evaluations I would later own as Manager.
